实验室在国际合作与开放交流方面,始终围绕“化工资源有效利用”这一中心,探索“以何种途径利用化工资源”和“如何实现资源向产品的有效转化”两大类科学问题,先后与英、法、美、韩、泰等多个国家的知名高校、科研院所、化工企业及相关政府管理单位建立了良好的交流、合作关系。通过专兼职结合、长期合作与短期讲学结合、合作申请项目与研究、联合培养研究生、举办与承办国际会议等不同模式,广泛引进海外智力资源,形成了“长期、实质、平等、互利”的特色国际合作模式,充分引进国际化学化工前沿思想和手段,来解决化工资源有效利用中的关键科学问题与技术集成原理,提升了实验室的学术研究水平、国际影响力以及人才培养能力,得到国家外专局和教育部联合实施的“高等学校学科创新引智计划(111计划)”国家留学基金委国际合作项目、以及北京市国际科技合作基地等项目的大力支持。
 In respect of international cooperation, opening up and communication, the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Resource Engineering has been focusing on ‘the effective use of chemical engineering resources’ and exploring two scientific questions-‘how to efficiently utilize chemical engineering resources’ and ‘how to realize the successful transformation from resources to products’. It has established excellent communication and cooperative relations with well-known higher education institutions, research institutes, and chemical enterprises as well as relevant government administrative units from the UK, France, the US, South Korea, and Thailand.The Lab has established different models of international collaboration such as employing both fulltime and adjunct professors from overseas, long-term collaboration as well as invited lecturers for a short period of time, joint applications for research projects, joint training of postgraduate students, organizing and hosting international conferences, bringing in intellectual resources from abroad. By these practices, the Lab has defined its characteristics in international cooperation as ‘long-term, in-depth, equal and mutually beneficial’. The State Key Laboratory of Chemical Resource Engineering has been introducing and learning advanced ideas and techniques in chemistry and chemical engineering to solve key questions in scienctific and technical integration in the exploration of the effective use of chemical engineering resources. These practices have improved the Lab’s research level, international influence and capability to train personal. It has successfully obtained the support from the ‘Higher Educational Institution Innovative Talent Importation Project (the 111 Project)’ jointly administered by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs and the Ministry of Education, as well as the ‘Discipline International Cooperation Project’ and ‘International Scientific Cooperation Base’ supported by the China Scholarship Council and the Beijing Municipal Government, respectively.
