The functional polymer brushes have been utilized extensively for immobilization of biomolecules, which is of crucial importance to the development of biosensors and biotechnology. In this work, we are invited to review the recent progress in biomolecule-functionalized polymer brushes, and the different preparation strategies are discussed.
